We’ve spent decades supporting entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and system shifters. With NetRoots, we bring proven tools — peer learning, mentoring, and deep facilitation — to leaders of impact networks.

  • NetRoots is for teams leading impact networks working toward systemic change.

    We define an impact network as an intentional constellation of people and/or organizations collaborating to shift a system — locally, regionally, or globally.

    For the 2026 cohort, we’re prioritizing networks catalyzing change in the agri-food system.

  • As part of NetRoots, you will:

    • Build trusted relationships with fellow network leaders

    • Gain fresh perspectives through facilitated peer learning

    • Receive tailored mentoring on your most pressing challenges

    • Strengthen your leadership — and rediscover your energy for the work

  • We focus on the real, lived challenges of network leaders, including:

    • Network Leadership — emergence, vision, storytelling, courage

    • Deep Collaboration — trust-building and relational infrastructure

    • Power & Governance — decentralized and shared approaches

    • Systems Sensing & Mapping — Collective Intelligence and Action

    • Financial Health & Impact Measurement

  • NetRoots runs over 12 weeks and includes:

    • 3-Day In-Person Immersion
      Deep dive on your most pressing challenges, build trust and critical connections, gain strategic clarity

    • Bi-Weekly Mentor Sessions (1 hr, online)
      Tailored to your current needs

    • Five Masterclasses & Peer Exchanges (2 hrs, online)

    • Final Integration Session (2 hrs, online)
      To consolidate learning and shape your next impact chapter

    Optional mentor sprints (custom deep dives) are available for an additional fee.

  • The investment to join NetRoots is €15,000 per network (+VAT as applicable), which includes:

    • Participation for two people

    • Accommodation and food for the in-person immersion

    Travel to the in-person gathering is not included.
    Up to two additional participants may join for €1,000 per person.

    Fees may be covered directly by your organization or by philanthropic funders.
