Each species has a role, and their interactions contribute to the overall health and balance, and sustainable development of the whole.

The resilience of a forest is heightened by its diversity, highlighting the distinct contributions individuals make to a community.

The invisible mycelial network beneath the earth facilitates communication and nutrient exchange among trees. Similarly, the subtle ties between humans create the relational infrastructure, unseen but vital for the flow of support, knowledge, and generation of collective action.

Who we are

Hi. We’re Florencia and Maggie and we have been fostering collaboration and community for over a decade. We have deep expertise in systems change, innovation, sustainability, social enterprise and a passion for creating the relationships and supportive infrastructure to make big things happen.

    Hola! I’m Florencia, but you can call me Flor. I am passionate about people finding meaning at work and how business can be an engine for positive impact in the world.

    I am an experienced facilitator, coaching groups throughout transformation journeys and innovation processes within different organizations and geographies.

    I co-founded the League of Intrapreneurs after having spent more than 10 years inside large corporations including ABN AMRO Bank and McKinsey & Company, and having founded two social enterprises - an impact-based innovation consultancy and an accelerator for impact-driven startups in Brazil.

    I received my MBA from UC Berkeley, am a Fulbright Scholar and Haas Merit Scholar, and certified facilitator in Theory U.

    I live in the beautiful seaside town of Punta del Este, Uruguay with my two daughters, husband and dog, Milo.

    Hello! I'm Maggie — an innovator, entrepreneur and community builder. My fire comes from unlocking the creative capacity of a group of people to solve real world problems that need solving. I've worked with one woman start ups to billion dollar businesses, but the common thread has been the fostering of trusted relationships and collaboration.

    I spent nearly a decade on the front lines of systems change advancing markets for low-carbon technologies in the US. I catalyzed the global movement for social intrapreneurship with my work at SustainAbility and later as a Co-Founder of The League of Intrapreneurs, a global community of innovators working with Fortune 500 companies to develop scalable solutions to big challenges.

    My homeland is Oregon, but I live in the UK with my husband, daughter and our dog, Sandy. I am a girls football (soccer) coach and an aspiring surfer.
