The League of Intrapreneurs

Flor and Maggie are co-founders of a global community of intrapreneurs - innovators working from within our most influential institution to deliver systems change on the UN SDGs. The League invests in four areas to enable intrapreneurs to accelerate the emergence of a new system:

• Courage to be bold and bring their full humanity to create the new in the face of pressure from the old system

• Action Learning to create space for deeper reflection and insights from peers to advance creative solutions to systemic challenges

• Relationships or critical connections based on trust to other actors in the system

• Storytelling to influence and open up new spheres of possibility by shifting the underlying narratives.
